ABOUT THE AWARD
Someone early in their tech career already making an outsized impact. No age limit, just genuine early-career momentum, contribution and promise.
HOW IT WORKS
Anyone can nominate, and self-nominations are genuinely welcome. Some of the strongest entries come from people putting themselves forward.
DEADLINE
Tell us who you are nominating and why by midnight Friday 18th September 2026. It only takes a few minutes.
SHORTLISTING
Shortlisted nominees will be invited to complete a short entry form in late-September, giving the judges the full picture.
JUDGING
Every category is judged by an independent panel, with decisions made entirely separately from sponsors and organisers.
That matters. Awards only mean something when people trust the process behind them.
Judges are selected for their experience across the Sussex tech scene and assess every entry against the same published criteria.
CEREMONY
Winners will be announced live at Shelter Hall on Thursday 17th June 2026, in front of the community that nominated them.
Open to individuals based in Sussex and companies registered in Sussex.
